How to upload Digital Products (Vendor)?
You can easily upload a Digital Product by completing the following steps.
- Log in to the system with appropriate informations.
- From your panel’s navigation, go to Products → Digital Products.
- Create a Category of the product which you want to upload. If the category is already created, skip this step.
- Create a Subcategory of the product by selecting the right Category.
- Go to Products → Digital Products → All Digital where all the products are listed which are uploaded.
- In the Top Right corner above the product list table, a button named ‘Create Product’ is placed to create product. Click on the button to specify the information of the product.
- To specify the information of the product, we have created 3 sections so that Admin/Vendor can represent the product especially. The 3 sections are - Product Details, Business Details & Requirements.
- In the Product Details section, all the informations are given about the product (i.e product title, description, images etc). In this section, we have shown some basic informations for the product. If you need, you can Add Video for your product. The product file must be compressed to *.zip or *.rar file and the product file size shouldn’t be more than the maximum size given. If you need more informations to specify the product, you can do it easily by clicking the ‘Add More Fields’ button.
- The Business Details section deals with the product sale price, purchase price, discounts and tax. There is no shipping cost because customer can download the product after purchase.
- The Requirement section is used to show the minimum requirements for the product to install. You can add the requirement by clicking the ‘Add Product Requirements’ button.
- After completing the following steps, you can upload your product by clicking the ‘Upload’ button. If you found any problem with the product information, you can reset the forms by clicking the ‘Reset’ button and can start-up from the Step 7.
- After uploading the product, you can see the uploaded products in the Product List Table (Products → Digital Products → All Digitals) where you can View, Edit, Delete, Discount your product. There are some more options like Today’s Deal, Publish, Featured are given to spread out the product in some special parts of the system so that customer can easily find out and purchase your product.
How to Request Money Withdraw as Seller
To request money to withdraw as a seller:
- Registered seller will get an option for making withdraw money request.
- If he/she has money in his/her earnings balance then he/she will be able to send withdraw request. Follow the below procedure to make withdraw money request :
- Log in as a seller.
- Go to the left navigation bar and click on Money Withdraw.
- Click on Send withdraw request.

How to Use Coupon
Before “SELECT PAYMENT OPTION”, there is an opportunity to apply COUPON to get a discount.
- Before “SELECT PAYMENT OPTION”, Click on “Apply Coupon Code”
Enter the right Coupon Code and click Apply.

How to Purchase Products
There is 2 way to purchase any products. You can purchase any product by clicking on “cart” icon on product box or you can open the product in a new tab.
Direct purchase without entering product details page :
- Select “cart” icon.
- A pop-up will be appear with quick view of the products.
- Select options(if available) & quantity.
- Click on “add to cart”.
- A pop-up will appear with 2 buttons “Back to shopping” & “proceed to checkout ” and select “proceed to checkout”.
- Your cart page will be available with summary. Click on “Continue to shipping”
- If you are registered user then name & email address will be available there. Insert address, address, city, postal code & phone number and click on “continue to payment”.
- Select of the given payment gateway paypal, stripe, sslcommerz, cash on delivery & click on “complete order”
- Insert necessary credentials & Pay.
- If the selected payment gateway is “cash on delivery” then after click on “complete order” the page will reload & show you order placing successfully done message.

Purchase from product details page :
- Click on the product title and you will be redirect on product details page.
- From here you can check the product’s all info and add to cart.
- You can also add this product to wishlist or compare list.
- To proceed the purchase follow the steps (3-10) above.
How to Manage Wallet
To manage the wallet:
- Log in to Customer/ Seller panel
- From customer/seller left side Navigation, go to My Wallet.
- From the “Recharge Wallet” option, the customer and seller will get the option to recharge money from PayPal, Stripe and other payment gateways (if the payment gateways have permission).
After that customer/seller can purchase by their wallet balance.
